Jennifer is a senior research scientist who provides technical direction and leadership on projects implementing surveys on a range of health topics.
Jennifer oversees all aspects of survey data collection on several mixed-methods health care evaluations, including the Health Services and Resources Administration (HRSA) Behavioral Health Workforce (BHW) Substance Use Disorder Evaluation, the Substance Use Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities (SUPPORT) Act Evaluation, and the COVID-19 Health Assessment and Mitigation Planning Survey (CHAMPS) that is part of the Evaluation and Monitoring Support of the National COVID-19 Resiliency Network (NCRN).
Jennifer’s work includes questionnaire and survey design, data collection management, and data cleaning and analysis. Since 2010, Jennifer has led data delivery for the National Social Life, Health and Aging Project (NSHAP), a large-scale longitudinal and population-based survey of health and social factors aiming to understand the well-being of older, community-dwelling Americans. Jennifer also serves as project manager for the ASPE Science and Data Policy (SDP) Research and Analysis contract, overseeing the successful completion of multiple technical and analytic projects that support SDP’s need for quick turnaround data analysis, policy analyses, and dissemination of results.
